still coding, and listening to new music! here’s my pick for this week:
Fleet Foxes – White Winter Hymnal
I heard this band on the hype machine, and unlike a lot of the hipstery-dancey stuff that you hear there, it is deliciously 60s with these intricately layered follow-along harmonies. i love the tom drums the most i think. i went to their myspace page and all of their stuff sounds similarly like its from another era, a more musically friendly, folky era. delish! highly recommended.
